Whether you call this nasty lying voice the predator, the imposter syndrome, the inner critic, the gremlin, or the saboteur, we all have to find ways to get past the often-crippling internal messages that hold us back and keep us small. Personal life coaching for women specifically addresses the ways the inner critic keeps us from living our innate power-from-within and offers highly useful tools, perspectives, and practices for getting past the inner critic, seeing through the illusion of the imposter syndrome.
I am a fierce defender of women’s wisdom, power, creativity, soulful connection with the Earth, and deep inner knowing. Each of us have the opportunity and responsibility to do what we can to break free of the destructive forces that continually work to diminish our gifts and our potential. We do this for ourselves, for our global community, for our daughters and granddaughters and our share future when we see through the internalized limitations that are the imposter syndrome.

What we call it doesn’t matter. The impact is has on us does.
If you keep doubting yourself,
If you dismiss your intuition, your inner knowing,
If you’re afraid others might sense your weaknesses,
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, with dreams that can’t seem to get traction, with high standards and endless to-do lists,
If you’re exhausted and can’t find a way to take good care of yourself,
If you’re a daring one who’s up to big things and yet are relentlessly pestered by that imposter syndrome,
If you compare yourself to others and always come up short,
Then you’re human just like the rest of us.
Every single one of us has an inner voice that haunts us, that repeatedly tells us how awful we are and how not good enough we are now or ever will be. So take a deep breath and know there are ways to get past the inner critic’s lies.
